M'Hammed Kettani is an experienced professional in customer services and information systems, currently serving as the Director of Customer Services at Harris Local Government since January 2015. Prior to this role, M'Hammed held multiple positions at Ms Govern starting in July 1994, including Vice President of Customer Services and Director of R&D Communications CMS. Additionally, M'Hammed worked as the Director of Information Systems at La Société Canadienne de la Croix-Rouge from June 1987 to September 1992.
