William Le Conte is an experienced premises and facilities manager with a career spanning several industries. Currently, as the Premises Manager at Harris Federation since October 2021, William oversees the maintenance, health and safety, and facilities management of the academy while leading and training the premises team. Prior to this role, William served at Arcus FM from 2006 to October 2021 as a Facilities Manager, managing two Sainsbury’s depots, optimizing internal processes, and engaging with contractors. William has also held positions as Lead Electrical Engineer and Chief Electrical Engineer, where responsibilities included managing engineering teams and specializing in heat recovery ventilation systems. Earlier work experience includes roles as a Marine Engineer and in Stage Electronics at prestigious organizations such as R.G Passenger Launches and the Royal Opera House.
