Katie Morales, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Harris Farms, Inc., where responsibilities include aligning HR strategy and developing associates. Previously, Katie held the position of Director of Administration (Human Resources) at San Joaquin Valley College, directing operations and engagement strategies while driving faculty and staff development. Additional roles at San Joaquin Valley College included Interim Campus Dean and Executive Assistant to the President, focusing on institutional strategy and operational initiatives. Earlier experience encompasses positions in human resources and office management at Hanford Family Dental Center and Bueno Beverage Company, as well as various internships in media and event organization. Katie holds an MBA from Fresno Pacific University and a Bachelor's Degree from California State University, Fullerton.
