Mike Murphy possesses extensive experience in systems administration and IT consulting, beginning as a Windows Systems Administrator at VICO Services, Inc. from July 1996 to May 1999, where support was provided for a large LAN/WAN environment. Following that, Mike served as a Freelance IT Consultant before taking on the role of Windows System Administrator at United Recovery Systems, Inc. from March 2000 to July 2001. Subsequently, a position was held at ETC Corp from September 2001 to March 2008, where responsibilities included Oracle Application Support and UNIX System Administration for the Harris County Toll Road Authority. Since March 2008, Mike has been the Lead Systems Analyst at Harris County Toll Road Authority, specializing in VMware/Windows virtualization and system administration for high-availability environments.
