Jay D'Abbraccio is an experienced professional with a diverse background in public safety, property management, and sales. Currently serving as a Homeland Security Administrator at Harris County Sheriff's Office since November 2016, Jay oversees grant administration for various Homeland Security initiatives, including coordination with FEMA and the Houston Area Security Initiative. Jay also manages commercial and residential properties at CPI Management & Leasing while previously holding roles as a Deputy Constable in Harris County and Patrolman for the City of Cleveland, Texas.
