Nisha Randle is an experienced communications and marketing professional currently serving as the Strategic Partnerships and External Affairs Manager for Harris County Precinct One under Commissioner Rodney Ellis since September 2023. Previous roles include Director of Public Affairs at Planned Parenthood Texas Votes, Director of Communications, and Senior Communications Manager for Harris County Precinct One. Nisha has also held positions as Deputy Communications Director for the Texas Democratic Party, Communications Director for the Harris County Democratic Party, and PR Specialist at The LiveWire Agency.
