Scott Spiegel is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in media production, public relations, and account management. Currently serving as Press Secretary for Harris County Precinct 2 since January 2020, Scott previously held the position of Director of Communication for the Mike Collier for Lt. Governor Campaign, where notable achievements included crafting a communications plan that significantly increased media engagement and social media following. Earlier roles include managing territories and achieving substantial sales growth at Newbart Products, as well as producing and writing for various television news outlets like Fox Television and KHOU-TV. Scott holds a Master of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning and Services from Texas Tech University.
