Robert Duncan is an experienced professional in telecommunications and operations management, currently serving as the Terrestrial Services Manager at Harris CapRock Communications since December 2009. In this role, Robert oversees all commercial aspects of terrestrial services, including cost management and project execution within a global network. Previously, Robert held significant positions at Razorsight as Senior Manager of Production Services, at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Telecommunications Consultant, and at Cable & Wireless Communications as Director of US Regional Network Planning. Robert began their career as a Business Analyst at MCI Telecommunications. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Marymount University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
