Carmen Lai currently serves as the Practice Group Administrator for the Mass Tort and Industry Wide Litigation Practice Group at Harris Beach PLLC, a position held since March 2018. In this role, Carmen manages the needs of partners and associates while coordinating team efforts and overseeing event planning and business development initiatives. Prior to this, Carmen worked as a paralegal at Queller Fisher Washor Fuchs and Kool, where responsibilities included case organization, client communication, and drafting legal documents. Carmen's career began as a legal assistant at David M. Peterson, P.C., focusing on client liaison and trial preparation. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies and Criminal Justice from the University at Albany and studied Chinese language and literature at Sichuan University.
