Amanda Herrle has extensive experience in practice management and strategic planning, currently serving as the Director of Practice Management and Strategic Planning at Harris Beach PLLC since October 2014. Previous roles at Harris Beach included Manager of Special Projects and Operations and Corporate Practice Manager. Prior to this, Amanda held positions at Dawson Law Firm, P.C. as Corporate Administrator / Corporate Legal Assistant, and at Cudlipp Financial Services as a Business Analyst. Earlier in the career, Amanda worked at Xerox in various roles such as Business Analyst and Integration Planning Manager, and served as a Program Manager at Webcraft Strategic Databases, Inc. Amanda holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership & Organizational Development from Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Business from St. John Fisher University and completion of the Women in Leadership Program Series at Cornell University.
