Mark Nassar currently serves as Vice President and Director of Program Management & Construction Management at Harris & Associates since June 2021. Prior to this role, Mark Nassar worked at the City of San Diego for over three decades, where the position of Deputy Director was held from June 1990 to June 2021. Mark Nassar holds both a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, both from San Diego State University.
