Nick Ferry serves as the Head of Solutions and Customer Success for Harrier Talent Solutions, leading initiatives in Customer Experience, Solution Design, and Operational Management of Talent as a Service offerings. With extensive experience in talent acquisition, Nick's previous roles include overseeing on-site talent acquisition teams at AGL Energy and Coles, and managing global talent acquisition strategies for IXOM. Notably, Nick has contributed to the development of talent management frameworks and engagement programs at EnergyAustralia, and has held various positions in recruitment and consulting prior to joining Harrier in December 2017. Nick holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources and Economics from La Trobe University.
