Yousef Shaheen began their work experience in 2020 as a Database Administrator at Cairo Amman Bank, where they served until 2022. In April 2022, they joined Harri as a Site Reliability Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Yousef Shaheen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer System Engineering from Birzeit University, completing their education from 2015 to 2020.
