Todd Gaynier is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in the distribution and service industries. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at Harrell's LLC since August 2007, Todd has been responsible for the operational setup and management of the company's first distribution facility in the Midwest and a satellite facility in Gaylord, MI, while also contributing to the establishment of a second facility in Whitestown, IN. Previously, Todd held the role of Service Center Manager at Lesco from April 1994 to July 2007, where responsibilities included training emerging management talent and developing a local delivery system for ten service centers in the Detroit Region. Todd's career began at Chemlawn from May 1981 to March 1994, where various managerial roles were undertaken in both Michigan and New Jersey. Todd holds an Associate Degree in Business Management from Detroit College of Business and has further educational credentials from Henry Ford College.
