Amanda Harrell has been in the workforce since 2007. Amanda started their career as an Assistant Project Manager / Quality Engineer / Project Coordinator at Harrell Design Group, P.C. In 2008, they became an Office Attendant at Cane Creek Park, where they coordinated customer service activities, edited individual park information and county documents, and formatted and corrected information submitted to customers. In 2013, they took on a Senior Design Project at the University of South Carolina, where the object of the project was to reconstruct and modernize an inoperative and undocumented Biaxial Tissue Tester. In 2014, they became an Intern at Level Four Orthotics & Prosthetics.

Amanda Harrell completed a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at the University of South Carolina from 2009 to 2014. Amanda also completed additional academic training. In 2015, they obtained certifications in Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System and Registered Medical Sales Representative from the National Association of Medical Sales Representatives (NAMSR).
