Kevin Reinhardt is the Sales Director at HarQen. Prior to joining HarQen, Kevin was the National Sales Manager, Enterprise at EverythingBenefits from April 2018 to March 2021. Kevin was responsible for contributing national sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, communicating progress to the CEO and BOD, preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, identifying trends, determining regional sales system improvements, identifying and implementing solutions for Enterprise Clients with their internal Benefit Administration processes, building relationships with partners in the SaaS industry to help structure the best continuing solution for current and future clients, improving visibility in the Benefits Administration space for Executives and prevent leakage costs, increasing efficiency for HR Professionals through automation resulting in administration time savings, expanding Account Executive's and BDM's strategies with a combination of skills required to accomplish team goals, overseeing multiple projects in the start-up organization to accomplish growth and scalability, and developing a strategy by which team members can use to reach their goals.

Kevin Reinhardt has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Business Communication from Montclair State University. Kevin also has a certification from Northwestern University in Art of Sales. In addition, they are certified by the NASP - National Association of Sales Professionals as a Certified Professional Sales Leader (CPSL) and as a Certified Professional SalesPerson (CPSP). Kevin also has certifications from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in Health and Accident Insurance and Life Insurance, and from the Security Exchange Commission in Series 24 and Series 7.
