Tony D is an experienced construction professional with a solid background in quality control and project management. Currently serving as the Construction Quality Control Manager at Harper Construction Company since February 2018, Tony has previously held roles such as Quality Control Manager/Consultant at SafeCon Consulting Group Inc., where services were provided to various projects including CQCM in J. R. Prior experience includes managing the $400 million Ring Road Project with ECC, overseeing construction and quality control for multiple infrastructure projects, and serving in various engineering and supervisory roles at different organizations, demonstrating expertise in civil engineering and project delivery. Education includes a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Technology and coursework at UC San Diego.
