Lotti has had a progressive career in sales, marketing, and brand management, working in various roles at companies such as Liz Earle Beauty Co. Limited, Laura Geller Beauty, LLC, Pixi Inc., FEDERICI BRANDS LTD, and Harpar Grace International. Currently, Lotti holds the position of Global Head of Brand at Déesse PRO.
