Siddig Bareg has over 25 years of experience in petroleum engineering, with 18 years dedicated to reservoir engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Reservoir Engineer at Peronas Carigali and Petroleum Engineering Manager at Harouge Oil Operations, Siddig also provides consulting services as a self-employed Senior Reservoir Engineer. Previous roles include Reservoir Engineer at Petroleum Development Oman and Sr Reservoir Engineer positions at Petronas Carigali KL and National Oil Corporation. Siddig specializes in classical reservoir engineering and dynamic simulation, particularly in streamline dynamic simulation technology for managing water flood reservoirs, recognized as a premier tool in the industry. Siddig holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
