Agathe Sasso possesses extensive legal experience, currently serving as Adjointe à la Responsable du Département Juridique at HAROPA PORT since November 2017, specializing in private law, business law, public law, public domain, public procurement, taxation, and civil execution procedures. Concurrently, Agathe has held the position of Responsable Juridique at BWT France since January 2012, focusing on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements domestically and internationally, managing public procurement processes, overseeing contentious matters, and providing legal assistance across various company departments. Additional previous roles include Négociatrice at Agence Varenne, Juriste Senior in business law and litigation at Corsairfly, and a legal intern at Corsair International. Agathe holds advanced degrees in communication law and general private law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
