Don Pleva is an experienced mold maker with a career spanning over two decades in the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as a Mold Maker at MTT since May 2023 and as a Moldmaker at HS Inc. since November 2022, Don specializes in spotting 3D components and performing flash repairs. Prior roles include working as Headers at GMCH from July 2020 to March 2023, a Machine Operator at Haworth for two months in 2020, and a Mold Maker/Repair technician at ADAC Automotive from October 2016 to January 2020, where employment ended due to budget cuts. Don's extensive experience also encompasses a long tenure at Magna Eng Glass as a Mold Maker/Repair from 1999 to 2016 and earlier work as a Mold Maker at Mac/Tek from 1993 to 1999. Educationally, Don holds a Mold Maker Certificate in Machine Tool Technology/Machinist from Grand Rapids Community College, completed between 1994 and 1998.
