Madhusudan K. is an accomplished technology leader and investor with extensive experience in software engineering and development. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Harness since February 2018, Madhusudan is focused on building a next-generation continuous delivery platform. Prior roles include staff software engineer/manager at Prudential Financial, where Madhusudan architected web software and championed best practices while mentoring junior developers. As a technology lead and engineering manager at Anthem, Inc., Madhusudan developed system applications and led front-end development for Medicare services. Previous experience includes serving as a tech lead at Discover Financial Services and founding the investment firm HashWeaver. Madhusudan holds an Executive Degree in Business Administration from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
