Doug Cunningham Jr. currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Harness, following a brief tenure as Head of Customer Success at Split, which was acquired by Harness. Prior to these roles, Doug held the position of Director of Customer Experience at Teradata, specializing in the financial services sector. Doug was the inaugural Head of Sales at Halo, a social impact marketplace, and also worked as an Enterprise Sales Leader at Miro, a visual collaboration platform. At ThousandEyes, now part of Cisco, Doug progressed through multiple roles, ultimately becoming Director of Customer Success. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Rackspace and sales roles at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Texas at Austin.
