Nancy Britt is a Principal and Counsel at Harness, Dickey & Pierce, P.L.C. since April 2015, specializing in the prosecution of patent applications in diverse fields including biology, chemistry, mechanical engineering, and computer/business methods. Prior to this role, Nancy served as Counsel at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC from September 2006 to April 2015, and as an Associate at MacCord Mason PLLC from 2004 to 2006. Nancy's expertise encompasses conducting patentability searches, providing legal opinions on validity and infringement, and drafting and prosecuting patent applications for various products and technologies. Nancy holds a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law (2004) and a Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University (2001).
