Kay Sangha has held several positions in the finance industry, beginning with their role as CFO / Digital Strategy Director at IPL from 2013 to 2016. Kay then moved on to serve as Chief Strategy Officer at Interica from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, Sangha was a Consultant at FD Review Ltd and a Member Board Of Trustees at Swarthmore Residential Care Home. Kay also volunteered for Buckingham South LLC in 2020. In 2021, Sangha was Financial Due Diligence reporting for VCs and Director of Finance at A to E Training & Solutions Ltd. Kay is currently Chief Financial Officer at HARNESS Data Intelligence, a position they have held since 2022.

Kay Sangha's education history begins with Littleover School, where they attended from 1978 to 1982 and obtained their GCSE. Kay then attended the University of Derby between 1984 and 1986, where they obtained an Accountancy degree in the field of Finance and Financial Management Services. In 1992, they obtained their FCMA certification from CIMA. Finally, in 2010 and 2011, they attended The Open University and obtained their NVQ 3 in Human Resources Management and Services.
