Dave Lockett IV has worked in the customer service industry since 2006. Dave began their career as a Facilities Specialist at the City of Torrance in 2006, then moved to Inquiry Representative at WellDyneRx in 2008. In 2012, Dave joined Optum as a Customer Service Team Lead and Subject Matter Expert. In 2019, they took on the role of Customer Service Supervisor at CVS Health, and in 2021 they were promoted to Patient Support Manager and Patient Support Supervisor at Harmonize Health.
Dave Lockett IV is currently enrolled at Long Beach City College, studying Mechanical Engineering.
