Guy Ratzon is an accomplished Engineering Manager with over 20 years of experience in the high-tech and industrial automation sectors. Currently serving as Production Engineering Manager at Harmonic since April 2021, Guy previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Elmo Motion Control from October 2018 to March 2021, leading a team focused on NPI product development and production mechanical design. Prior experience includes Engineering Production & Testing Manager at Airspan Networks, where engineering departments were managed from September 2005 to October 2018, and Engineering Product Leader and Component Engineer roles at VCON from September 1997 to August 2005. Guy holds an Honour Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Coventry University, completed in 2001.
