Bill Frey is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in sales and technical support for motion control products and gearing systems. Currently serving as a Regional Sales Engineer at Harmonic Drive LLC since March 2010, Bill focuses on zero backlash Harmonic Drive® products. Prior experience includes roles as a Sr. Design Engineer at Aeroflex, where custom actuators for the space flight industry were designed, and as an Application/Design Engineer at HD Systems, providing design and support for similar motion control products. Bill's career began as an Application Engineer at Thomson Industries, Inc. and included a role as an Engineer/CFD Analyst at adapco Inc., specializing in computational fluid dynamics for automotive applications. Bill holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stony Brook University.
