Janyll Encarnacion possesses extensive experience in customer service roles, currently serving as a Customer Service Associate at Harmon Face Values since July 2022. Previously, Janyll worked as a Customer Service Cashier at Bed Bath & Beyond starting in June 2018 and held dual positions as a Shift Lead and Sales Associate at Duane Reade from October 2013 to June 2017. Janyll holds an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from CUNY Bronx Community College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Lehman College.
