Dwayne Martin is a seasoned professional in business development and project management with over 15 years of experience in the construction and mental health industries. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Harman Construction Inc. since March 2017, Dwayne previously worked as a Program Coordinator at Crossroads Counseling Center from 2005 to 2016, focusing on mental health support services. Dwayne also owned and managed DL Martin Construction Inc. from July 2004 to November 2010, overseeing all aspects of new home construction. Dwayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Liberty University.
