James McClain has over three decades of experience in education and coaching, currently serving as a driver at Harlow's School Bus Service since November 2021, while also teaching social studies, economics, personal finance, and Bible studies at Sunshine Bible Academy since August 1988. McClain has an extensive coaching background that includes roles as head coach for football, boys' basketball, volleyball, and track, as well as assistant positions in track and basketball and head coach for grade school basketball. McClain earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 1982 and 1985 and participated in a pre-university program at Grace University from 1980 to 1982.
