Earl Cox, LCSW, CASAC has extensive experience in the field of social work, primarily focusing on managing and overseeing housing programs for various organizations. From 2001 to 2003, they served as a Program Director at CAMBA. In this role, they were responsible for the overall operations and management of the program. From 2003 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Managing Director at Harlem United, where they managed compliance protocols and budgetary allocations for multiple contracts and implemented quality assurance plans. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Housing at Harlem United Community AIDS Center starting in September 2018.

Earl Cox, LCSW, CASAC received their Master's degree in Social Work from New York University in 1999-2001. Earl also holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Social Work during the same time period.
