David Burke is currently the Director of Business Development at Harland & Wolff. With a strong background in the marine, oil and gas, and renewables sectors, David has held various business development and project management roles at companies including Babcock International Group, James Fisher & Sons PLC, and VT Group plc. David's experience also includes serving as a Submarine Officer in the Royal Navy and working as an Emergency Response Consultant at Darcy Managements/Sinclair Safety Services. David holds a Master's Degree in Geography from the University of Cambridge and has a proven track record of successfully identifying and executing complex engineering projects.
