Olivia Hopkinson is a Trainee Paralegal at Lyons Davidson Limited, having joined in July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Team Member at Premier Inn from June 2022 to July 2023, a Telethon Fundraiser with Buffalo Fundraising Consultants in February 2022, and an EU Affairs Intern at the Bristol & Bath Brussels Office in May 2021.
