Victor Ivanov is a seasoned professional in project operations and technical deployment with expertise honed through roles at several companies. Currently serving as Project Operations Manager at Adyen since March 2022, Victor previously held positions at Blend as a Deployment Consultant and Technical Support Engineer, Affirm, Inc. as an Operations Specialist, and Mission Asset Fund as a Technical Project Manager. Victor's experience includes leading client discovery sessions, managing technical initiatives, providing enterprise-level technical support, and advocating for product enhancements. Victor also completed the RISE Fellowship with New Sector Alliance, focusing on nonprofit management and social impact, and holds a BA in Political Science with a concentration in Russian and Eastern European Studies from the University of Michigan.
