Dan Thompson has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Manager of Regional Operations at Hargray Communications since April 1991, overseeing Central Office teams and managing advanced technology deployments to enhance customer satisfaction. Previous roles include Central Office Manager and Central Office Technician, responsible for maintenance and provisioning of DMS100 systems, as well as Network Technician tasks involving the installation and upkeep of Lucent Wireless Equipment. Thompson's career began in the US Marine Corps from September 1983 to March 1991 as a Telephone Switchboard Technician, where responsibilities included field repair, cable splicing, and installation of telephony systems, culminating in an Honorable Discharge at the rank of E-5.
