Annette Gaskins is a seasoned library professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Technical Resources Librarian at Harford County Public Library since April 1999. Previously, Annette held the position of Library Associate at Howard County Library from 1986 to 1998. Annette Gaskins earned a Master of Library Science degree from the University of Maryland between 1994 and 1997, and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Biology and a minor in Anthropology from Salisbury University from 1980 to 1984.
