r. Judith A. Holloway is the owner of Holloway Eye Care & Optique, which has offices in both Harford and Cecil counties. She graduated with honors from Loyola University in 1987, where she majored in biology. She then earned a second BS from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, along with her MS and doctorate degrees. At the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Dr. Holloway specialized in vision rehabilitation and interned at Philadelphia's renowned William Feinbloom Vision Rehabilitation Center.
Dr. Holloway practiced for nine years in Delaware before returning to her native Harford County to establish her own practice. A member of both the American Optometric Association and the Maryland Optometric Association, Dr. Holloway is also certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry. Her awards include a Clinical Excellence Award, the CIBA Contact Lens Achievement Award, and the NOIR Low Vision Award.
Dr. Holloway is dedicated to educating the next generation of eye care professionals; she has served as an instructor to fourth-year optometric interns and frequently lectures at various local and regional optometry seminars. A native of Darlington, MD, she now lives in Churchville, MD with her four children.
