Roger Corey worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Hardware Specialty Co., Inc. from January 2012. Roger then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from July 2016 to October 2017. Prior to that, they worked in shipping at Cameron, a Schlumberger company from June 2005 to November 2011.

Roger Corey attended North High School from 1998 to 2001, where they studied Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. After completing high school, they enrolled at Quinsigamond Community College from 2001 to 2003, focusing on Computer Science. In 2010, Roger attended the Porter and Chester Institute to pursue a degree in Computer networking, which they completed in 2011. During their time at the Institute, they obtained the A+ certification in October 2011. Additionally, in June 2013, Roger received the IATA/49 CFR certification from UPS Supply Chain Solutions.
