Matt Lucke's work experience begins in 1999 at Clovernook Healthcare Pavilion, where they worked as a Dietary Aide/ Cook for a decade. During their time there, they received the Caught in the Act of Caring award four times and was awarded Employee of the Quarter. In 2009, Lucke joined A Limousines as a Professional Driver/Detailer until 2012. Finally, in 2011, they started working at Hardware Specialty Co., Inc. as an Inside Sales Representative, where they are currently employed.

Matt Lucke earned a Bachelor's Degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Cincinnati Christian University, where they studied from 2008 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Psychology from Ashworth College in 2006. In addition to their degrees, Matt also holds two certifications from Heyco Products, Inc., called "Hey U Online," which they obtained in December 2016.
