Rahael Kuruvilla is an experienced professional specializing in strategic initiatives and program management. Currently, Rahael holds the position of Manager, Strategic Initiatives, and has previously served as the Strategic Initiatives Project Lead at HARDSKILLS since November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Program Manager for Microsoft for Startups from December 2020 to September 2022 and as a Senior Program Coordinator for GEN India, which focuses on entrepreneurial support worldwide. Rahael also contributed as a Program Coordinator at SonderConnect, managing a key program aimed at empowering female founders, along with earlier roles in marketing and research internships at Tallyx, Faasthelp, and Mamma-Miya. Rahael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ashoka University in 2019.
