Eric Fecht has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Eric started their career as an English Teacher in Baltimore City Public Schools in 2009 and worked there until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, Eric served as an ADEC at Abu Dhabi Education Council. Eric then worked as an Education Consultant at Vanderbilt University from 2016 to 2020. In 2018, Eric also took on the role of Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Southern California. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Teaching and Learning at Harding Academy since 2020.

Eric Fecht has a solid education history. Eric started by earning a Bachelor's Degree in History and Secondary Education from Western Washington University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. After that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Education at the Johns Hopkins University School of Education from 2009 to 2011. Eric continued their educational journey at the University of Southern California, where they obtained a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from 2014 to 2017.
