Scott Resnick is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Hardin Design and Development since February 2008, Scott oversees full P&L responsibility, revenue strategy, human resources, and operational expenses. As a Board Member and Entrepreneur In Residence at STARTINGBLOCK MADISON, Inc. since July 2015, Scott has facilitated educational events for startup leaders and successfully directed a $10M capital fundraising campaign as Executive Director to establish a significant facility supporting startup growth. Additionally, Scott served as a Senior Advisor for Biobot Analytics, assisting in wastewater epidemiology for public health. Previously, Scott was a City Councilperson for Madison's District 8, achieving notable electoral success, and was a candidate for mayor. Scott's educational background includes dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Government and Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
