Philip Kirkham has extensive leadership experience in high-tech and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Hardide Plc from September 2012 to April 2024, overseeing advanced coating technologies that enhance metal component performance. Previously, Kirkham was Managing Director at Kingfisher Lighting and Chief Executive Officer at Material Advantage Group Ltd, managing a £40m private equity-backed international entity. Kirkham held senior roles at Rolls-Royce and Firth Rixson, leading operations across global supply chains and multi-national engineering efforts in the aerospace and energy sectors. Early career experience includes positions at MS International plc, Sheffield Forgemasters Ltd, and British Steel.
