Jochem Appelman has extensive experience in the construction and project management fields, having worked at Tempohousing since June 2006 in various roles including Bouwkundig ingenieur, projectleider, productontwikkelaar, and tekenaar. Additionally, Jochem serves as a project manager at Hardeman BV since October 2016, leading a systeembouw project known as Place2bu in Utrecht. Jochem is also a senior project leader at TEMPOHOUSING LIMITED, maintaining the same tenure since June 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Built Environment from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, completed between 2001 and 2006, along with a Havo degree in Natuur en Techniek from RSG Enkhuizen from 1996 to 2001.
