Ryan Tarinelli is a seasoned journalist with a focus on legal affairs and political reporting. Currently serving as a Legal Affairs Reporter for CQ and Roll Call since January 2023, Ryan produces daily stories and enterprise articles covering Congress, the Justice Department, the Federal Judiciary, and the Supreme Court. Previous experience includes roles as Washington, D.C. Correspondent for the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, Litigation Reporter for the New York Law Journal, and Temporary Newsperson for The Associated Press, covering a range of topics from state government to breaking news. Ryan has also held various editorial positions in student publications and internships, with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of Idaho.
