Scott Freeman has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Scott began their career in 2010 as a Project Engineer at D.F. Chase, where they worked until 2012. Scott then joined D.F. Chase, Inc. in 2011 as a Construction Manager, a role they held until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Senior Construction Manager at D.F. Chase Inc. Currently, Scott is the Vice President of Operations at Hardaway Construction Corp., a position they have held since 2019.

Scott Freeman attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2004 to 2007. However, the specific degree and field of study pursued during this time are unknown. From 2007 to 2009, they attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management/Residential Land Development.
