Daniel Catania has a diverse work experience. Daniel began their career as an Accountant at NetRefer in 2011, before transitioning to a Marketing Executive role at NSTS Malta in 2013. Daniel then moved on to Portomaso Gaming in 2014, where they worked as a Marketing Executive, focusing on customer retention, conversion, and acquisition. In 2016, Daniel joined Nexus Gaming Intelligence as a CRM & VIP Manager, responsible for implementing targeted marketing campaigns and managing bonuses and lobbies. Daniel later became a Campaign Manager, overseeing casino calendar events and optimizing campaigns. In 2018, Daniel joined ComeOn! as a Campaign Analyst, where they set KPIs, developed marketing analysis frameworks, and provided insights to improve CRM communication. Daniel then moved to Betsson Group in 2020, initially as a CRM & VIP Analyst before becoming a Senior Analyst. In these roles, they worked collaboratively with regional teams, contributed to CRM campaign strategy, and provided data-driven insights to support decision-making. Currently, Daniel is working at Hard Rock Digital as a Lifecycle CRM Analyst, maximizing customer lifecycle promotions and communications by partnering with marketing analytics and business intelligence teams.
Daniel Catania completed their education with a focus on marketing and accounting. In 2007, they pursued a degree in accounting from ACCA, which they completed in 2010. Following this, they enrolled in the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and obtained a Professional Certificate in Marketing from 2014 to 2015. Daniel furthered their marketing education at CIM by completing a Diploma in Professional Marketing from 2015 to 2016.
