Alexandra Estrada worked as a Content Analyst at Hard Rock Digital starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they were a Customer Service Specialist at Chewy from January 2018 to August 2021.

Alexandra Estrada began their education history in 2014 at ITT Technical Institute, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD in 2015. In 2019, they attended Broward College and completed a Certificate/License in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic). From 2020 to 2022, Alexandra pursued a degree in Computer Engineering at Broward College, earning an Associate of Science (AS) degree.

In terms of additional certifications, Alexandra obtained the ATD Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in February 2023. Alexandra also completed the "Digital Learning: Design engaging courses" program and became a Platform Administrator at the 360Learning Engagement Academy in November 2022.
