Christy Rodriguez has extensive experience in compliance and human resources within the gaming industry. Currently serving as Regional VP of Compliance at Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana since January 2021, Christy has held various titles within the organization, including Regional Director of Compliance and Director of Compliance. Previously, Christy served as Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at Ameristar Casino Hotel East Chicago from September 2017 to January 2021. Christy's earlier experience includes key roles at Caesars Entertainment Corporation from June 2005 to May 2017, where responsibilities included Vice President of Internal Audit and Director of Internal Audit, as well as a managerial position in Internal Audit at Horseshoe Casino from April 1999 to June 2005. Christy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Governors State University and an Associate's degree in Computerized Business Systems/Accounting from Robert Morris College.
